Terms of use
These are the terms of the website itself. The terms of the prepaid service contract are a separate document, which you read and sign before paying anything.

It lets you plan a ceremony, see its price and enter into a prepaid service contract. The prices shown are indicative and derive from recorded cost for the reference region. The price that applies to you is the one written in your contract.
What it is NOT
It is not an insurance product and does not sell insurance. It does not give legal, tax or investment advice. It is not a funeral home: the ceremony is carried out by a partner funeral home, which is disclosed to you.
Prices and VAT
Every price on the site is in euro and includes applicable tax. Third-party costs we do not set — municipal fees, church fees, exhumation — are stated separately where they exist, because they are outside our control.
Right of withdrawal
For any contract concluded at a distance, Greek Law 2251/1994 provides a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days without giving a reason. The exact terms, the form and the refund procedure are set out in the contract, which you read before paying.
Account
There is no customer account today. Changes to your plan, your wishes and your trusted person are made by phone, free of charge, and are recorded.
Content
The texts, prices and design of the site belong to us. Your own texts — wishes, personal message, inscription — remain yours; we use them only to carry out what you asked for.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for network or hosting outages. This does not limit our obligations under the prepaid service contract, nor your consumer rights, which you do not waive.
Governing law
Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without excluding recourse to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the Greek Consumer Protection Secretariat.
